Attention new members and players!

Please register on line and bring the form to the registration meeting on Sunday, January 17th.  Registration will be from 2-4 pm at the Covington Library.

Players need to bring copies of following information.  Unfortunatately, it is difficult to search for or use copies from last year.

A) ID: one of the following is needed, drivers license, permit or passport.

B) High School ID: Each player needs to bring Student ID

C) Copy Birth Certificate

D) Copy of current insurance card

E) Copy of school physical document authorizing participation in athletics.
